some days you just get things right • this started as a batch of ‘lemme chuck some stuff in the bowl’ • & it worked SO SO GOOD • pomegranate & rose & cypress • it smells like SPRING & YES

no detergents • no fragrance oils • no petroleum (save it for driving with) • keep it simple with coconut oil & shea butter • straight-up, crap-free, gets-you-clean soap


ingredients • saponified coconut oil • glycerine • shea butter • water • berry extract • white oxide • organic pomegranate flavour oil • rose absolute oil • cypress essential oil • oat flour • orchid ultramarine

size • 4.5 oz • 133 mL

materials • i found the seaglass & the green rock while mudlarking along the banks of fountain creek in colorado • technically i suppose it’s creek glass • still a rock tho

• the spirals came from a pile of various bits i got from a merchant in pennsylvania in trade for helping them break down their booth

• the copper wire was gifted to me by my brother-in-law, who salvages it from the generators he repairs for a living

• i found the heavy steel wire along the side of the road


size • the entire piece is just over three inches long

• the green rock is about an inch tall

it’s not actually a torc • it’s sort of too small? • but it’s shaped LIKE a torc • with spirals & all • green beads • seaglass • sort of going for the celtic look here • i might have succeeded?

no two the same, ever • i’d get bored if i tried that • nothing new, everything is scavenged, salvaged, bartered for, trashpicked, mudlarked, gifted, or thrifted

• the torc is 2″ across (measuring to the outside of the spirals)
